Judith B. Ward, CFP®

Judith Ward is a senior financial planner and vice president of T. Rowe Price Investment Services. Among her many responsibilities, which include developing financial planning related products and services as well as web based tools and calculators, Judith provides guidance on a broad range of investment-related issues.

In addition, she is a frequent contributor to T. Rowe Price publications, and has been quoted by The Wall Street Journal, Money magazine, Kiplinger’s Personal Finance, CNNMoney.com and various other national news organizations and websites. 

A mother of two grown children, Judith is passionate about educating young adults about personal finance fundamentals. She is an advisory board member for her local high school’s Academy of Finance and participates in many personal finance discussions with high school and college aged students. 

Judith joined the firm in 1983. Prior to her current position, she was an investment analyst in the Fixed Income Group specializing in asset allocation portfolios. Judith received her B.A. in Economics and a Certificate in Finance from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. She has earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM designation and is a Series 65 and 7 registered representative. 

 

 

 

Stuart Ritter

Stuart L. Ritter, CFP®

T. Rowe Price Senior Financial Planner

Stuart Ritter is a financial planner in T. Rowe Price’s Financial Planning Services Group and a vice president of T. Rowe Price Investment Services, Inc. – designing, building, and implementing guidance and advice services to assist customers in achieving their financial goals. Previously, Stuart was product development group manager for T. Rowe Price’s Retirement Plan Services division.

A father of three young kids, Stuart was one of T. Rowe Price’s primary collaborators with Walt Disney Imagineering and Walt Disney Parks & Resorts Online on the creation of The Great Piggy Bank Adventure®. He is a strong advocate for starting earlier in having money conversations with your children.

Additionally, Stuart is a member of the Maryland State Department of Education’s Financial Literacy Education Advisory Council and has taught personal finance at Johns Hopkins University. He currently teaches the “Maybe Baby” financial preparation class for expectant and prospective parents at Howard County General Hospital in Maryland.

Stuart has appeared on television and radio programs for networks like ABC News, CNBC, FOX Business, and National Public Radio; and has been quoted extensively by The Wall Street Journal, Money magazine, The New York Times, the Associated Press, Kiplinger’s Personal Finance, SmartMoney.com and many other national news organizations and websites.

Stuart received his B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Maryland College Park and his M.A. in political science from American University. He has earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation and is a Series 6, 66, and 7 registered representative. Before joining T. Rowe Price in 1998, he was manager of employee communications at USF&G Insurance (now The Travelers Companies) and a communications analyst for William M. Mercer, Inc.
